| I had purchased a new spa 6 months ago, and the spa water gave me nothing but problems. | My husband and I are, what we like to think, average working Americans. We had been saving for 3 years for a swim spa but still didn't seem to be able to afford any of the spas we say at the spa shows. We adjusted the chemicals, etc. and got into
yesterday for the first time.
You Sir, put together a mean machine! I mean, it
was Awesome! Liza did her exercising and enjoyed
the back massage. I did a little swimming at 104,
we thought it a little too warm, so we notched it
down to 100. We are looking forward to our next
time to get in.

| I had a friend who bought from this company several years ago. I contacted James, and made an appointment for him to come to my home, so he could look at the delivery path we needed to get a swim spa in place. He was patient, explained all of my options, and in the end, I bought a 15' swim spa. He customized the swim spa to my needs, and delivered it on time. The whole process went very smooth. I've had a couple of questions about my swim spa operations, and chemicals, and he's always answered my questions. As a retired Marine, it also makes me proud of the work he does for the veterans who have served our country. over the area where we wanted to place put the spa.
He got us in contact with a very good contractor for
the electrical and concrete. We shopped around at
several home shows and found his prices were by
far the best out there. With the discounted price, we
kind of expected discounted service but have found
just the opposite.
James has been very attentive to our needs and has
always answered the phone when we've had a
question. We've sent him 2 referrals so far, and
have shown off my spa to countless people.

| Dear James, I am absolutely in love with my new swim spa. Since I live in Florida I decided it was about time to get a pool. I decided on a swim spa since my backyard is quite small and I do like to exercise. I received an estimate for a built-in swim spa from another swim spa company which was well over $28,000!! After doing my research for well over a year, I visited James Cox's Swim Fit Swim Spas website and was impressed with the quality of the spas. James returned all my inquiries personally and taught me a great deal about swim spas. I later decided on the 8 X 12 swim spa with 3 River Jets. I anxiously awaited the arrival of the swim spa and it was delivered to my doorstep by James!! I hired 5 guys to move the spa into my screened enclosure. I couldn't wait to get in the spa and when I did I was thoroughly impressed by the construction of the spa. It is well insulated and weighed 16,000 lbs (dry)!!! I decided on the non-wood cabinet and was very happy with the quality. The guys that moved the spa were very surprised at the wonderful construction of the spa and the quality of the Viper motors. The LED lights make it a dream to swim in the evening. The heater is efficient and the covers are thick and well insulated. The spa has a great filtration system and it is extremely easy to keep clear and clean. The swim jets are strong and even. Swimming in the spa against the jets is fabulous. I decided on the 8 X12 because I am 5'5". The spa fits me and my family perfectly. The greatest thing is taking a long swim and then turning on the therapy jets that are incredible. They are strong and adjustable! The seats are just perfect and it has two contoured loungers. This spa has changed my life and I am now able to exercise in the spa daily and even twice a day. The spa is deep enough to do all sorts of exercises. My family and neighbors are so impressed by the quality. James is a pleasure to work with and answers all your questions personally. He has always been very responsive to my calls and e-mails. I consider him a good friend. Also, he treats veterans with respect and even gave me a discount. | I am a retired Army Colonel, and lost a leg in Vietnam. I was put in touch with Swim Fit and the owner James, through the VA. James came out to my home, even though it was a 400 mile drive for him to do so. He spent a good amount of time with me, looking at my access, my electrical and the various swim spa models available. With the help of the VA, and with the extra discount James gives to us veterans, I was able to purchase a Swim Fit 12 EST so I could start working my body again, and lose the weight I've packed on. Without this unit, my doctor said I would likely die within a year or 2. Well, I have now owned this swim spa since June 2010, and I have now lost 30 pounds, and haven't felt this good in years.
